Having a blast at Blastball!

Ben and Kate are experiencing a new adventure this Spring- Blastball! Blastball is similar to Tball but has only one base, 3 innings and no one gets out. It moves very quickly and is a lot of fun for 3 year olds! Their team is the Rangers. Here they are at the first game before we got uniforms:

Ben absolutely loves it, Kate is a little more lukewarm about it. The second game she refused to play but she has had fun at the practices so we're hopeful she'll want to play some more!

In other sports news Kate got to meet some Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders while out running errands with Mark one day! And they let her hold their pom poms!

Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter Weekend! Grammy & Gran came to visit! Saturday we went to Sandy Lake Amusement Park in Carrollton which is the perfect speed for preschoolers! Ben was fearless and loved riding his first roller coasters! Kate, not so much.....

They did both however enjoy the other smaller rides!

Saturday night Grammy & Gran babysat and dyed eggs. Easter morning Ben & Kate woke up to their Easter baskets on the back porch and an egg hunt in their pjs.

Max & Ruby were in their baskets!

And later that morning we went over to our cousin's house for an egg hunt, lunch and swimming!
