Backyard Cleanup

It's been spring cleaning time in our backyard! Since we had a new patio built (more on that soon!) it was time to clean all the toys that spent the long hard winter outside. They had gotten pretty dirty and needed a good scrubbing!

Kate was really into it and was a great helper. Ben was a little less enthusiastic and kept saying he wanted to go inside and watch "Ay-go" (which translates to "Go Diego Go").

I love it when you can secretly get kids to do work but they think it is just fun! I remember when I was little, Jan and I would play "maid" and clean my parent's house for fun! Ha- maybe I should introduce that little activity next ;)
