Just wanted to share this little tidbit....for Christmas my mom gave me a bunch of these little packets of genius and they have been making my life SO much easier! Each one contains the dry ingredients for a delicious dinner! You just add a few other fresh ingredients and voila- dinner is ready in a snap. I had seen stuff like this at craft shows but never bothered to try it and now I am hooked. They would make a great gift for a new mom or anyone who needs a quick dinner and was one oy my most useful Chritmas presents. Thanks mom! They sell them online too and I know there are other companies who sell something similar!

We have a busy weekend coming up...a Princess party for Kate & Mommy, an airshow for Ben & Daddy, a Mickey Mouse birthday party and the SuperBowl! WHO DAT! I'm on the NOLA bandwagon!
