Proud as Peacocks!

A few weeks ago some of the older sets of twins from my twin club got together for a crafting play date at a local Kids Art studio. Ben & Kate love to paint and draw- I do too- I loved doing all kinds of arts and crafts with kids when I worked, but I don't seem to do much of it at home because it can be such a mess! And I'm lazy like that so I was glad to do an art project somewhere else!

They made peacocks! After coloring on the table a bit, they sponge painted an orange & yellow background...

Next they painted the peacock pieces turquoise:

Lastly they glued the pieces together, added some hand print wings and  a little glitter!

They are proudly displayed in our kitchen now!

Blessed are they who see beautiful things in humble places where other people see nothing.
