Our new playground!

Our cousins are getting a new pool and as a result needed to get rid of their playground set which is about 5 years old. Aunt Lynda suggested that we take it down, move it to our house and rebuild it- it was a daunting task but I am happy to say it was a SUCCESSFUL one!

But it couldn't have been done without some very special people- a BIG thanks to Kim & Mark for letting us have it, a HUGE thank you to Pat & Saul for spending a Saturday evening transporting it over to our house- their only payment being beer-  and a GIGANTIC thank you to Zayde, Uncle Danny who with Mark put it all together in 100+ heat in the middle of August!

With some replacement wood, all new bolts and hardware and a fresh coat of brown paint - it looks about brand new!

The crew

Water break- it was sooooo hot!

Ben & Kate brought out their tools and "helped" too!

Having fun on the finished product!

I know we will spend many a happy hour on it!
