Purim Pictures!
Today Ben & Kate had a Purim Carnival at school! Purim is kind of like Jewish Mardi Gras & Halloween wrapped into one holiday! It celebrates the deliverance of the Jews from their enemies in the biblical Book of Esther. All the kids dressed up and they had a costume parade then a program and carnival. Ben was a baseball player and Kate was a princess in her Tiana dress.
